Policies

Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your reservation, we of course sympathize, but must maintain a business policy and stand by our cancellation requirements.

If you need to cancel a reservation:

A cancellation made 5 days or less of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 25% of the total reservation amount.

Other Policies:

To secure a reservation, your credit card number is required. We accept Visa, MC, cash and check.

Your balance is due upon arrival.

Check-in is 2 pm. If a later check-in is needed, please call 435-462-9338 or email us to make arrangements.

Check-out is 11 am.

Children are welcome.

No smoking.
